A quote containing your practitioners’ fees will be provided to you by your practitioner or their administrative assistant and will be signed during preadmission. Fee reimbursement depends on your contract with your insurance provider.

SOCIAL SECURITY–APPROVED PRACTITIONERS, SECTOR 1

Some sector 1 practitioners can charge more than the stated fee. This depends on their university curriculum. The conventional fees are handled by the health insurance office as a third-party payer. You will be notified ahead of time in writing. Payment of the additional fees must be made directly to the practitioner or through the Admissions service.

SOCIAL SECURITY–APPROVED PRACTITIONERS, SECTOR 2

Practitioners who are sector 2 social security–approved can charge more than the stated fee. The conventional fees are handled by the health insurance office as a third-party payer. You will be notified ahead of time in writing. Payment of the additional fees must be made directly to the practitioner or through the Admissions service.

NON–SOCIAL SECURITY–APPROVED PRACTITIONERS

Payment of the additional fees may be made directly to the practitioner or through the Admissions service.

RECONSTRUCTIVE AND PLASTIC SURGERY

Practitioners must provide you with a fee quote and a clinic quote that must both be signed and returned at the time of your preadmission.

Plastic and reconstructive surgery are not covered by social security.
Payment of the costs associated with the clinic (stay, etc.) must be made directly to the Admissions service.
Payment for the practitioner’s fees must be made directly to the practitioner or through the Admissions service.
