Your room

The clinic offers private or shared rooms. You may request a private room for an additional fee. Assignment to a private room is dependent on availability at the time of your arrival.

 

All rooms are equipped with the following, upon request from the healthcare teams:

  • A television and remote control
  • A private telephone line
  • Wifi connectivity

 

Your meals

During your stay, we offer high-quality meals that meet your needs and will help you recover. Designed by our dietician and served by our hospitality team, the menus combine both variety and balance. Your dietary intake must conform to medical necessities, specifically those associated with anesthesia. Thus, before and after your intervention, your meals will be light to help your body recover appropriately.

 

Then, based on your needs and the intervention your underwent, the medical team will decide on the composition of your meals and any necessary restrictions. Your condition may require a specific diet (salt-free, diabetic, low-residue, etc.), in which case the menus will be adapted accordingly.

 

When your condition permits, your doctor will allow you to resume a normal diet. In all cases, we will take into account your tastes and cultural requirements.

 

Additional meals for visitors or family members are available upon request. Our dietician is available to provide you with information or nutritional consultation.

If you are not insured, you will be asked to pay all the costs corresponding to your hospitalization upon entry.

Fee overruns for practitioners :

They will have to be specified by the doctor who will carry out the examination or the intervention.

In accordance with article 9 of the Decree of May 30, 2018 relating to the information of persons receiving prevention, diagnostic and / or treatment activities:

“No other costs than those corresponding to the care provided or, where applicable, to special requirements that you may have requested can be billed to you. The amount of these special requirements, the list of which is strictly defined by the regulations and includes in particular access to a particular room, must be communicated to you before the provision of care. “.
